Sewage Treatment Works – Leeds / Sewage Valve Releasing

Cutlass Technologies attended a 72-inch valve at a wastewater treatment plant that required urgent freeing. The alternative would have been a full plant shutdown with overpumping into tankers, costing over £1 million.

By using our specialist in situ valve releasing process, the valve was carefully freed in just four hours, allowing the plant to remain fully operational throughout the work. The project demonstrates how seized valve releasing can be completed safely, efficiently, and without disrupting operations.
